How many times have you experienced really bad customer service or perhaps dissatisfied with a product you purchased with your hard-earned money? I am sure this is something everyone at one point experienced. You feel that you needed to vent out or at least advise other potential victims to stay away from that specific establishment or not to patronize certain products that gives false promises. It’s good to know that there’s a consumer forum you can go to. A niche in cyberspace where you can vent, rant and share your views on anything you can think of. We’re thinking of buying a car this year. I won’t mind buying a second-hand car as long as it’s in good condition.
