Sophia Reese’s 8th month photo shoot
I just found Baby Reese’s 8th month photo shoot pictures! I’ve been looking for these for a month now. I could not remember what memory card was used to save the photos. This post is a bit late considering that she’s going to be 10 months old in a week. But I guess it’s better late than never.
These pictures were taken at a secluded beach in Bohol called Santa Fe. I’ve been to this beach a hundred times while I was growing up but it was just a couple of months ago that I was able to appreciate it’s beauty.
It’s not a white sand beach. The sand is more of a grayish color but the texture is very fine, I can let Baby Reese crawl on it and I can be assured that she won’t hurt her arms and knees (except I didn’t because she might get sand in her eyes). The water is very inviting. It’s a mix of cold and warm water — but not lukewarm. It’s a bit difficult to explain but it’s like if you’re wading through the water, first you feel the warmth and then when you take another step, you’ll feel the cool water. It’s a place where the river meets the sea, where half of the water is green and the other half is blue. The best thing about the place is that it is very peaceful. You’ll feel like you’re one with nature. You’ll hear the birds chirping overhead and you’ll see the small crabs crawling near the rocks. It’s a relaxing feeling to go there and just read a book. But not a lot of people actually go there. Most people would go for white sand beaches so they go to Panglao and the superstitious ones avoid the place claiming that it’s haunted. But you know what I think? I think the reason why nobody goes there is because not a lot of people know how to get there. It’s a hidden place waiting to be discovered.
Baby Reese loved the beach. She also enjoyed her photo shoot. She couldn’t stop smiling. Here are more pictures:

nice idea to put her on a blanket and let her just play and do her thing for the photo.
