How to Send Paypal Money Without Transaction Fee:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Send Money Tab.
3. Type in the Email Address of the Recipient and the Amount.
4. Now here’s the most important thing to remember: Choose Personal Payments tab and then choose the purpose of payment. You can choose any of those but I always choose Others.
5. Then click Continue.
Note: Be it a personal to premier account or vice versa, the process is still the same.On the next page, you’ll find the summary of your payment. In here you can check if there’s a fee, the total charge and how much the recipient will receive.
I’ve learned this from a friend, I believe this worth sharing.
