Property Management
We are currently looking for a new apartment. We are considering somewhere near our workplace We checked some apartments near IT park and out of the 7 apartments we’ve checked, 3 of them were owned by an old lady called “Manang Cielo”. She’s about 60 years old and she was really friendly. We even had the chance to talk with her a bit. She was widowed at the age of 47 and her only son is in the US right now. Her business started with just one spare room for rent and now she owns 5 different apartments in different locations in the city. It’s amazing and inspiring at the same time. She wanted to stop working but she doesn’t have anyone to entrust her business to. If only there’s a Real Property Management company that could assist her with the rental collection, property maintenance and property management, she could be with her son and spend time with her grandchildren in the US. She’s a really nice lady but none of her apartments were available. She asked for our cellphone numbers and promised to get in touch as soon as there’s one available for us.
