Cookouts!
A friend has always been a fan of cookouts over at her place and though she is not a good cook she said she’s learning. I mean living in the heart of LA gave her the advantage of attending several cooking class provided by culinary schools in the area. What’s amazing about it is that the courses offered are rather cheap and in abundance see if you google for cooking classes in Los Angeles then you would get several results . Tried it myself and cooking classes LA afforded rather several hits each with their own websites that gives all the details needed for an aspiring applicant to look into.
Now on cookouts I was told hosted by Lizzie they occur every other weekend and they always have a theme; say a Caribbean dinner party or a french theme for example. She has been a constant follower of the reality tv series, Dinner Takes All and has managed to try at least 4 or 5 recipes posted on the tv series’ website. Pretty cool huh?! You see the producers of the series actually posted the recipes on the site and I gotta tell you apart from them being exquisite they are also very exotic. The kind you really won’t recognize looking at their names from restaurant menus which is usually the case for me as I am not a food connoisseur and I prefer menus with photos to match.
Now with the cooking class that Lizzie is currently attending asked them to make a portfolio of some sort filled with photos and recipes of the dishes she has cooked and served. And I look forward taking a look for it once its done, I think it would be pretty interesting.
