Enjoy A Tan All Year Long! Sizzle without the Sun!

Now in under 5-Minutes & the time it takes to grab your tanning lotion, swim suit, and flip flops …

The Sunless Tanning Guide

Interested in getting a tan?

But maybe people have been telling you that you can get skin cancer if you’re out in the sun too long?

So you think about a tanning booth or tanning lamp… But people say that they’re not safe either.

So you check into other tanning solutions. You find there are many: tanning pills, tanning lamps, tanning lotions, tanning gels, tanning accelerators…ugh!

What happens over time? Maybe some of these:

- You try some tanning products. You turn orange. – Your hands and clothing, not to mention your favorite chair and bathrobe, were tanned – and stained – - in the process. – Your tan starts flaking and you aren’t sure what to do. – You don’t know how to tell which tanning products are safe. SPF stands for Should Put First, right? But you’re still safe out in the sun, right? – You aren’t sure whether to moisturize first, exfoliate last, use tanning solution in the middle? You wonder what you really need. And in what order..? – You quit – - for now… and head back to the tanning booth, fully intent to pick up your sunless tanning research and experiment where you left off sometime next week. Or maybe next month over a weekend sometime. Or maybe next year at this time. Or…whatever.

We offer You TEN Ways to Break the Diet Plateau

Weight Loss Tip 1. Focus on Success

Don’t anticipate failure. Actually see yourself losing weight. Visualize the pounds falling away off your stomach, thighs, hips, face and other body parts.

Weight Loss Tip 2. Be detached

Losing weight is more a process of letting go, of letting the weight fall off you instead of trying to get rid of it.

Free yourself from the worry of it all, as worry acts to overstress you to the point that you feel unable to act. This can happen even subconsciously.

If you stop looking at it as a problem, it will eventually cease to be one. See it instead as just another task in your life you need to take care of.
Weight Loss Tip 3. Drink More Water

Yeah, I know it sounds banal, but it really does work if you do this right. Whether or not you’re on a weight loss program, water can dramatically increase weight loss. However, you must drink not just a little more, but a lot more water to bring about the desired effect.

And contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t increase water retention – just the opposite, in fact; it acts to release retained water.

How does it do that?

The body only stores water when it’s dehydrated. When you drink copious amounts of water you are rehydrating the body. So it doesn’t need to store anymore, and it releases what water it was retaining.

Apart from helping you to lose weight, the health and beauty benefits of pure water are innumerable.

For one thing it works better than a sleeping pill to cure insomnia and regulate your sleeping patterns, even though you might have to wake up more often at night to visit the bathroom.

It also works wonders to improve your looks by flushing out the impurities in your skin.

Try sipping half a glass of water (4 ounces) sweetened with just a little honey every day. By hydrating the skin cells, water plumps up the skin and helps to remove wrinkles. Water with honey works great as a natural skin toner too.

Whatever the case, water should be central to any diet. You should drink at least 8 x 8 ounce glasses a day and an additional 8 ounces (about 225 ml) for every 25 pounds of excess body weight. Add a little freshly squeezed fruit juice to make it easier to take.

Weight Loss Tip 4. Don’t Overdo Calorie-Restriction

If you’re on a calorie-restricted diet, don’t restrict your calories excessively or you will slow down your metabolism. The key is to find the ideal balance point for you – just low enough to lose more weight than you’re putting it back on. You should consume 1200 calories a day to lose weight. However, if you’re drinking water in sufficient quantities calorie control takes care of itself.

Weight Loss Tip 5. Don’t keep checking the scale

Check the scale only once or twice a week, but don’t worry too much about what it says. Remember that weight loss is rarely linear and/or constant. In practice your weight will generally go up and down as you continue shedding it overall.

Weight Loss Tip 6. Exercise

Contrary to the view of some experts, exercise such as cardio is not necessary for weight loss, but it defnitely helps. Ditto for lifting weights.

For women, remember that the female body can’t easily bulk up. Lift low weights with a high number of repetitions.

Weight training does increase your metabolism and increased muscle burns fat. Any sport that makes you have to run around a lot — tennis is great! — is also very helpful.

Weight Loss Tip 7. Think Variety

Vary your diet, your exercise routines and your activities. This will help to ward off the tedium that causes so many dieters to throw in the towel too early.

Weight Loss Tip 8. Avoid soda drinks

We all love ‘em but they’re full of sugar and other chemicals that will work to destroy any progress you make. Increasing your water intake will reduce your craving for pop.

Weight Loss Tip 9. Personalize your diet

Customizing diet plans to suit you is the biggest trend right now. And for the right reasons, too. According to many experts, personalizing is vital for long-term success with weight loss goals.

Weight Loss Tip 10. Try alternatives to calorie-controlled diets

Take a break from dieting and try “Somersizing”. Pick up the books by Suzanne Somers: Eat Great, Lose Weight and Get Skinny on Fabulous Food.

Ok, here they are right here!

How does regularly walking calories increase the positive effects on your health?

Walk regularly and the benefits will go up exponentially, explains JoAnn Manson, director of preventive medicine at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Your heart muscle will grow stronger, explains Manson, and so will be better able to deliver more oxygen to the body during periods of rest.

The lungs, capillaries and vessels along the oxygen transport pathway will expand to handle more capacity.

This in turn will bring more oxygen to more parts of the body more often, a process that has been shown to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Can walking help reduce blood pressure?

Your blood pressure will drop within 24 to 48 hours of exercising, and will stay down if you continue to exercise [Note: this is the key to the long term effectiveness of any walking calories program].

The risk of blood clots also drops and stays lower if you keep walking.

Your circulation improves, making digestion easier and more efficient.

How about your energy levels? How will these improve? And how exactly will you lose weight?

The body becomes better at supplying glucose to the muscles where it’s needed.

This smooths out blood sugar levels and also helps the body process fat.

The body gets better at converting fat into energy, so that walking calories helps you lose weight more easily than by dieting alone.

In addition, regular walking, especially the more vigorous sort, increases lean muscle mass.

In doing this, more energy than a similar amount of fat is consumed, helping you to maintain your desired (healthy) weight.

What if you have insomnia?

Regular exercise can also help you sleep better, which in turn delivers its own set of health benefits.

Bottom line: start walking calories today, and with persistence you can turn your body into what is effectively a self-improvement machine.

Robert Atkins once queried Dr. Murray Susser, “At what point in your career did you realize that medicine didn’t work?”

Susser replied, “It took me one year, what about you?”

“Seven years,” Atkins replied. “You must have had divine guidance, you’re not that smart.”

Dr. Atkins was kidding of course, but less than a year after the death of America’s favorite diet guru, it’s no longer just a joke.

With the release of 400 Atkins diet products in 2003 alone, Atkins in 2004 was big business in corporate America, and is going as strong ever in 2005.

But the Atkins Diet revolution hasn’t just branded itself as the most popular weight loss program of all time. Defying its critics, its challenging theories on all things fat and low-carb have shaken the US medical establishment to the core.

Scoffed for decades by the same critics who for an even longer period “heartily” endorsed margarine as a preferred “food,” Atkins can finally rest in peace, knowing that he who laughs last really does laugh longest.

Throughout America today, low-carb is in — with a vengeance; low fat is out — maybe forever — whatever the antagonists want to say about it.

And If Robert Atkins proved nothing else, it was that when it comes to weight loss programs, there’s more than a single way to make a fat cat skinny.

So who then are the experts? If your guess was, all along, as good as the dietary advice of the NIH, then some of us may need to redo our calorie counts.

Who’s on Atkins?

What began as a teen fad, taking the world of celebrity diets by storm, it soon caught the imagination of educated Americans, both male and female, aged 30 years and above.

Recognizing that the Atkins Diet, in spite of a few drawbacks, is a model they can work with, the people have spoken, and they’ve been turning to Atkins in droves.

At last count, a third of Americans today are on a low carb diet of one description or the other.

While hesitant to go the whole hog, the food service industry in America has listened and responded to the deluge of calls from its client base for more Atkins like options on food menus all over the country.

No one can deny that the Atkins Diet Show finally came to town.

How does it work?

Atkins puts strict limits on carbohydrate consumption but allows patients to eat protein and saturated fats without limit.

How was the diet vindicated?

In large part due to public attention created by Atkins, in 2002, the National Institute of Health began funding a study to compare the effect of a controlled-carbohydrate diet with that of a low-fat diet.

A six-month study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, found that volunteers on the Atkins diet lost more pounds than on the AHA’s low-fat plan.

Do Celebrity Diets Even Work and Will They Work For You?

Whatever you want to say about celebrity diets, the Hollywood stars have to be doing something right to look as amazing as they always do.

Hollywood’s hottest celebrities weren’t all born with perfect bodies nor are they immune to Ben & Jerry’s binges — but you’d never know it watching their lithe figures saunter down the red carpet.

How do they manage to look just so amazing? While some work-out with personal trainers and some see plastic surgeons — all celebrities have to watch what they eat; it goes with the job.

If ever there was any doubt that diets work, celebrities are living proof. Celebrity diets work because celebrities can’t afford to fail.

And because stars have led some of the most enduring diet trends, we just can’t keep our eyes off them!

Okay, but how can we get to look like them? Celebrities are paid to look great. We aren’t.

The answer is that we have to give ourselves better reasons to succeed.

Strangely, experts have shown that money is not the best motivator.

Besides, the wealthy seem to have about as much trouble losing weight as the rest of us do. Then again a sumptuous lifestyle makes sumptuous eating habits a greater temptation.

So what is it that makes the stars succeed on their diets when the rest of us fail? Are there any celebrity diets secrets? What is that magic X-factor?

Self-confidence.

There are obstacles with every diet, yes. Most things that are worth doing are never easy.

But within each one of us is a vast reservoir of confidence and strength that we can call on to support us any time we decide to – just like the celebrities do.

If you want to look like your favorite celebrity, there’s an excellent diet program that I personally recommend.

This program is like having your own personal trainer but without you having to rake out a fortune.

Read my Review of this top celebrity diets guide and find out how it will unfailingly meet your weight loss goals.

This is the only celebrity diets program I know that will get you anywhere close to looking like a real celebrity (or even better in fact).

It’s also the best-selling diet program on the Internet.

Bottom line? No one needs to lose. Make celebrity success your own!

With a title like ‘Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle’, you might well wonder if this astoundingly popular 337 page book by Tom Venuto is for body-builders. But although Venuto is a body-builder by profession, he’s first and foremost addressing dieters who want to lose weight safely and effectively.

But if you want to build muscle naturally, or just tone your body, or get super fit, or all three, there’s hands-down no better program. ‘Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle’ covers it all.

This powerful facility for you to customize, way beyond the scope of ordinary diet programs, is where this book quite frankly beats the pants off any and all other weight loss programs.

This isn’t about starving yourself under the guise of a “low carb” or “low fat” fad diet.

‘Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle’ is a professional program designed to enable you to achieve your ideal body shape, efficiently, with minimum effort and without ever requiring you to go hungry or depriving you of essential nutrition.

Venuto’s Mission

Venuto achieves his unique focus by applying universal principles that not only body-builders and personal trainers, but most diet specialists have known for years.

Although he’s taken the best of the best weight loss programs and thrown away the hype, his burn the fat feed the muscle model still leaves room for you to personalize, “which is an absolute necessity,” he says, “for long-term success.”

Of the few more than semi-decent diet and fitness guides out there, ‘Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle’ outshines them all in its careful and honest attention to detail.

It’s as though Venuto has taken an entire library of books on weight loss, fitness and nutrition, and compiled all their contents in a single manual–with all the fluff and filler eliminated. In fact this is what he claims to have quite literally done.

A smorgasbord of facts and information on the right way to burn fat–and how to burn it off in all the right places too–, both the concept and method are superbly well-explained, with intelligence, clarity, depth and insight.

If there’s one criticism I have of his undeniably outstanding effort, it’s that there’s seriously just so much information in Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, you won’t be able to take it all in right away.

But that said, this manual is a must for anyone who’s serious about losing weight and building strength not only the way the professionals do but as fast as humanly possible. And it’ll serve as their reference guide for life.

So what’s it about?

The basic theme is simple enough.

If you eat more of the foods that burn fat in the right combinations you will increase your metabolic rate, and so burn fat and calories faster than you can put them back on–and lose weight.

But if all you do is restrict your calorie intake, you’ll lose fat, but then you’ll also lose water, energy and muscle. This produces, moreover, a dietary imbalance whose net effect is to damage your metabolism until further weight loss is impossible.

The question is, what foods are best to eat to accelerate this fat-burning process while not depleting you of energy and muscle power. This is revealed in Venuto’s book.

And indeed Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle goes into this in great depth, discussing also the way to determine your ideal macronutrient ratio, according to your body type, your basal metabolic rate (the number of calories your body requires daily), your tolerance to carbohydrates and your activity rate.

All this sounds complex, but Venuto explains it so well you’ll understand it easily when you read the book itself.

It isn’t that the theme of Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is so completely new, but the way it’s all put together is truly quite unique, besides being very simple to follow.

What Does Tom Venuto himself have to say?

Venuto’s frank and honest:

“If you’re looking for “100%new,” “breakthrough,” “revolutionary,” or “original” information, then you won’t find it in the Burn the Fat program…or anywhere else for that matter.”

What Burn the Fat does differently–and superbly well–is to address the two major drawbacks of most other mainstream diet programs including The Atkins Diet, The Zone, The Ketogenic Diet, the High carb Diet and many others. These drawbacks are: (1) lack of individualization, and (2) way too much push for supplements and other products that are completely unnecessary.

And they don’t work. Not for everyone – or even most people.

“The problem is,” explains Venuto, “none of them are 100% applicable to all people all the time. Genetics and metabolic individuality explain why some people thrive on high carbs, while others get fat on high carbs. It explains why some people do extremely well on Atkins and Ketogenic diets, while others only lose muscle and feel lousy.”

“You should question any program that prescribes the same diet and exercise routine for everyone. There are 6.2 billion people on our planet today and no two bodies and metabolisms are exactly the same. Don’t you know someone who eats anything they want, yet they have six pack abs and never gain an ounce of fat? And don’t you know someone who is the opposite – If they eat one cheat meal, it goes straight to their waistline or thighs? It’s true! The need for customization is undeniable. Doesn’t that make complete sense?”

Venuto is not totally anti-supplements, however: “I believe in proven supplements” he says, “for “insurance” purposes, such as a daily multi-vitamin and essential fatty acids.”

Will Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle unfailingly meet your weight loss goals?

Most weight loss programs will help you lose weight to the point that you just can’t stick it any more.

But Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle has been designed to match your body’s needs and preferences exactly.

That way it eases you over the rough spots and diet plateaus, so that by virtue of this process alone failure is next to impossible.

But as it also takes you way beyond the constraints of a typical diet program, you will observe some interesting and unique effects.

You will find, for example, that you’ll grow increasingly exhilirated as your sense of comfort and well-being reaches levels that are unattainable on any ordinary diet.

This by itself would give you all the motivation and staying power you could ever need. But Venuto also guides you–in intricate detail–with motivational techniques that are so powerful, they will put your behavior practically on autopilot.

As though all this isn’t enough, the stupendous speed with which you will lose weight is yet another failure-proof factor, in that rapid results give you a strong incentive to stay with the program.

Hence the title “Burn the Fat etc.” which gives you only some idea of just how swiftly this program goes to work on you.

In fact Venuto’s method works so well and so efficiently, and the fat melts off your body so fast, there simply wouldn’t be time for you to lose interest even if speed was the only benefit the program had going for it–and yet this, you should keep in mind, is but one of its powerful success-enhancing strategies.

Last but not least, Burn the Fat doesn’t feature a restrictive dietary regime, except that it will be a healthy one. So you’re never going to get tired of the menu.

Although you will learn how and what to eat to maximize your fat-burning potential, there are no “weird” or unusual foods to eat in this program. The eating plan consists of regular foods you can get at your local grocery store and the variety is virtually endless.

Is Venuto’s program value for money?

Yes, definitely, taking into account the collossal effort Tom has put into it, his painstaking attention to detail, his vast reservoir of knowledge and expertise, and the soundness and uniqueness of his approach.

There’s also a three-month money-back guarantee if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied.

My Final Comment

If you want to master healthy weight loss like the professionals, burning fat and feeding muscle without forking out a fortune, then Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is definitely the right book for you.

Leaving no stone unturned, Tom Venuto shows you how you or anyone can successfully and easily arrive at your desirable weight and body shape.

If all this seems too hard to believe, give it a try and if you don’t like it you can always get your money back, no questions asked. But I can assure you that Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle really is that good and you won’t be disappointed.

Canon PowerShot SD400 – Digital Camera Review

The Canon PowerShot SD400 is the new 5 megapixel addition to the Digital Elph line from Canon digital camera.

In this Canon PowerShot SD400 digital camera review we will see what seperates it from the other Canon digital ELPH cameras, if anything. It seems that it has much more in common with the 4 megapixel SD300 than it’s big brother the 7 megapixel SD500. It has a retractable 3x optical zoom lens that retracts flush behind a built in lens cover when powered down. The body, made mostly of an ultra light weight aluminum and magnesium alloy has the same Canon digital ELPH look and feel the we have come to know so well. With it’s 1/2.5-inch CCD image sensor you will be able to produce nice, sharp images as large as 11×14 inches.

The “DIGIC II” a fast processor

The Canon PowerShot SD400, sometimes called the DIGITAL IXUS 50 has been graced by Canon digital camera with the DIGIC II image processor.

This processor is fast with quick start up times (1.1 seconds) and shot to shot times as fast as 1.6 seconds with the flash off. Shutter lag is not going to be a problem at about 0.5 seconds. This is a fast performing digital camera. The DIGIC II processor also improves exposure accuracy and white balance along with a host of other digital camera operations.

The Continuous Shooting mode is great.

If you use a high speed SD card you will be able to record 2.1 frames per second until the memory card is full or you run out of batteries. At 5 megapixel and the Super Fine compression setting the Canon PowerShot SD400 was able to process the images fast enough to maintain the 2.1 frames per second untill the SD card was full. The Canon SD400 has an excellent movie mode.

You can record 640×480 quality video with sound at 30 or 15 frames/second until the memory card (high speed SD card) is full. Record at 15 or 30 frames/second at 320×240 resolution. For email you can record at 160×120 resolution for up to 3 minutes at 15 frames per second.

Using the new Fast Frame Rate mode, you can record up to 1 minute of 320×240 resolution at 60 frames per second. Very nice. Works great for capturing any fast action subject. It even has a slow-motion playback.

ISO equivalent settings are Auto, 50, 100, 200, 400. Raise the ISO speed to reduce the effects of camera shake. Use as low an ISO speed as possible to keep image noise down, or set it to automatic.

The Canon PowerShot SD400 does a good job of keeping the image noise down at lower ISO speeds but noise levels were excessive at ISO 400.

The 1/2.5 inch CCD on the Canon SD400 can produce four image resolution sizes:

Large – 2592×1944 pixels pixels – makes a nice 8.5×11 (A4)- with room to crop

Medium 1 – 2048×1536 pixels

Medium 2 – 1600×1200 pixels

Small – 640×480 pixels – for e-mail attachments

All sizes can be used with your choice of the three JPEG compression levels.

Super Fine – highest quality, least compression

Fine – normal quality images

Normal – highest compression, allows more images to be stored on memory card

Select “Post Card” in the Function menu, and the Canon PowerShot SD400 will record a 1600×1200 image resolution size and set the compression to Fine. With this setting you have the option to record the date or date & time directly on the image.

The 3x optical zoom has a 35mm equivalent of 35–105 mm with a maximum aperture that varies from a F2.8 at the wide end to F4.9 at the long end.

In normal shooting mode you can focus from 1.0 feet(30cm) to infinity, and from 1.2 inches to 1.6 feet (3 to 50 cm) in Macro mode. The Canon digital ELPH has an Auto Focus Assist lamp to aid focusing in low light situations.

The 9-point AiAF (artificial intelligence auto-focus) uses 9 points in the image to determine focus even when your subject is off center. This system works very well.

The 4x digital zoom increases the total zoom to 12x, but do take note that using the digital zoom will decrease the image quality somewhat.

A digital macro mode locks the lens at the wide-angle position and lets you use the digital zoom to get closer to the subject. As with the regular digital zoom, this will decrease the overall image quality.

The StitchAssist Panorama mode helps you capture up to 26 images which you can “stitch” together using the supplied software on your computer. The software does an excellent job. A tripod is required to do this.

The Canon PowerShot SD400 built in flash has settings for Auto, On, Off, Red Eye Reduction and Slow Synchro. Flash range is 1.6 to 11.5 ft. (50cm-5m) in wide angle, 1.6 to 6.6 ft. (50cm-3.5m) in telephoto or 1 to 1.6 ft. (30-50cm) in macro mode. The focus-assist lamp also serves as the red-eye reduction lamp and the self- timer countdown, two or 10-second self timer for delayed shutter release, plus custom timer with multi-shot feature. The optional HF-DC1 High Power Wireless Flash for Canon PowerShot Digital Cameras can be used with the Canon SD400 to increase the flash range up to 30 ft.

Canon PowerShot SD400 digital camera review

The LCD Screen

The Canon PowerShot SD400 has a new and larger 2.0 inch LCD screen along with a Quick- bright function that switches the brightness to the highest setting by pressing the DISP button for 1 second. When shooting in dark lighting, the Night Display feature automatically brightens the LCD to make it easier to frame and focus on the subject. With only 118,000 pixels it is still sharp and easy to see in all but direct sunlight. To save battery power you can turn off the LCD screen and frame your shots with the Real image optical viewfinder. It covers about 83 percent of the image frame.

The optional AW-DC30 All Weather Case for Canon PowerShot SD200 , SD300 & SD400 digital cameras lets you to take the Canon SD400 underwater safely up to depths of 40 meters (130 feet). This can be used at the beach, ski slopes or anywhere you may need to protect it from dirt or moisture.

The Canon PowerShot SD400 has upgraded to a high speed 2.0 USB connection to speed data transfer for PC or MAC. It’s DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) and PictBridge compatible.

Exposure Compensation can be adjusted +/- 2 EV in 1/3 EV increments. In the long exposure mode you can manually choose a shutter speed between 1-15 seconds which is good for night shots etc. Noise Reduction is automatically applied when the shutter speed is 1.3 second or longer. Shutter speeds range from 1/2,000 to 15 seconds. There is no way to force a faster shutter speed manually. That would be nice for action shots.

White Balance settings: Auto, Daylight, cloudy, Tungsten(incandescent), Fluorescent(warm white), Fluorescent H (daylight), and Custom (user set with white or gray card). The custom white balance setting is remembered even if you turn the Canon SD400 off.

Battery

The Canon PowerShot SD400 is powered by a rechargeable lithium – ion battery (NB-4L). You will be able to shoot about 160 images while using the LCD monitor. That’s not bad but falls short of some of its competition. You can expect to cycle (recharge) the battery about 300 times. The supplied charger will recharge the NB-4L in about 95 minutes. If you can, it’s always good to buy a spare. You don’t want to be without power. These aren’t the cheapest batteries on the market, but a spare battery is always a good idea.

The Canon PowerShot SD400 was made to be an easy to use point and shoot digital camera. There are 6 Scene Modes to help with those special exposures we all run into from time to time. The Scene Modes make getting the correct exposure quick and easy.

Digital Macro – The camera lens can be as close as 1.2 in (3cm) to your subject. After you record your Macro image, the camera trims the center of the image and enlarges it with the digital zoom making the subject larger than by normal macro shooting.

Portrait – sharp subject with a blurred background

Night snapshot – Reduces camera shake in people pictures at night or twilight

Kids and pets – sets shutter speed and ISO to shoot action shots like kids and pets

Indoor- optimizes ISO, white balance and flash for indoor shots

Underwater – optimizes white balance to reduce blue tones and record natural colors (optional all weather case AW-DC30)

A new My Colors mode changes the colors in an image when it is shot, allowing you to change the balance between red, green and blue, transform pale or tanned skin or change a color specified in the LCD monitor into a different color. Since they work with both stills and movies, these modes let you produce creative images or movie effects. There are nine settings – Positive Film, Lighter Skin Tone, Darker Skin Tone, Vivid Blue, Vivid Green, Vivid Red, Color Accent, Color Swap, and Custom Color. If you take the time to explore the My Colors mode the creative juices will flow. This is one of the features the Canon PowerShot SD300 is lacking but is included with the SD400 and SD500. Its fun but I wonder for how long.

Conclusion Canon PowerShot SD400

The Canon PowerShot SD400 is another great digital camera from Canon digital camera.

The Canon PowerShot SD400 image quality is excellent. It produces well saturated and accurate colors.

You will see some red eye problems from time to time. This seems to be the price we have to pay to have these sub-compact digital cameras.

The Red eye is easy to take care of with the software that is provided. Purple fringing is visible on some images in high contrast areas but it is not that bad. The Canon PowerShot SD400 is fast and responsive thanks to the Digic II processor.

As a Point and Shoot digicam it doesn’t have a great deal of manual controls but it does allow you to be creative. It’s compact size 3.4×2.1×0.8 inches makes it convenient to take anywhere with ease. The Movie mode is excellent. The Canon SD400 will meet the needs of a large number of people.

I really like the Canon PowerShot SD400. Its a winner.

B. Forget about style, just give me my comfortable shoes!
C. Don’t forget about anything, just give me my comfortable, fashionably sexy shoes!

Once you have answered these questions you should be able to fit yourself into one of the categories below.

A:
I’m a “suffer for fashion” kinda girl. I am looking for beauty and style no matter what the cost to my wallet or my feet! I love fashion and as far as I am concerned, beautiful, sexy shoes are an indispensable part of the overall package called ME!

B:
I’m a “cushion and comfort” kinda girl. I am looking for shoes I can put on in the morning and not even think about again all day. I am the practical girl; I believe God gave us our feet for walking and insist on spoiling mine in comfort.

C:
I’m a “style and cushion” kinda girl. I am looking for the perfect shoe, one that is not only stylish but also comfortable enough to spend the day in without having to peel them off my swollen feet at the end of the day, shoes that will go from daytime right in to evening when necessary.
